Exercise physiologist Tom Holland has coached thousands of people to reach their goals; from CEOs to celebrities, professional athletes to “real people.” He holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science & Sport Psychology and is the author of Beat the Gym, The Marathon Method & The 12-Week Triathlete. He has hosted numerous best-selling fitness DVDs including Supreme 90 Day, The Abs Diet Workout & Herbalife 24 Fit.
Tom is on the Board of Advisors of Oxygen Magazine and his workouts have appeared in dozens of magazines including Men’s Journal, Self, Men’s Fitness, Women’s Health, Men’s Health and Shape. He is a frequent guest on Good Morning America, CNN and FOX TV.
An elite endurance athlete, Tom has competed in 21 Ironman triathlons and 60 marathons and ultra marathons around the world. He is the coach of the MMRF charity’s Power Team and is signed with Wilhelmina in their fitness division.
