Paul Litchfield is the President of Ware Solutions LLC, an advanced project consulting company. For the majority of his career, Paul was the Vice President of Reebok Advanced Concepts. Paul has earned the reputation as one of the most influential product creation experts working in the athletic footwear and performance apparel industry today. He has been long regarded as one of the leading innovators in the field. Paul began the Advanced Concepts Team in 1985. He and his team were responsible for numerous innovations including The PUMP and DMX Moving Air. Paul currently holds over 170 patents and patents applications pending. With the 2013 launch of CHECKLIGHT, a sports and activity impact indicator for the head, he and his team made significant strides in the field of wearable electronics and safety equipment. In 2000, he became the Vice President of Reebok’s Advanced Concepts Group. His responsibilities for new technology creation included baseball, ice hockey and lacrosse apparel and equipment. Paul received his B.S. degree in biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire and his M.S. degree in Exercise Science from UMass Amherst. He conducted post-graduate research in human performance at the Institute of Offshore and Environmental Medicine in Aberdeen, Scotland.
