Dave Marver currently serves as CEO of VICIS, Inc., a Seattle-based sports technology company. The company’s first product is the ZERO1 football helmet, which ranked #1 in 2017 NFL/NFLPA Helmet Performance Testing. Dave previously served as CEO of Cardiac Science Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed company with over 600 employees and operations in 50 countries.

From 1994 to 2008, Dave held a variety of senior leadership positions with Medtronic, Inc., a medical technology company, and at one time was their youngest Vice President. Representative positions included Vice President Europe for Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm Management business, Vice President Strategy and Business Development for Medtronic’s Diabetes business, and Vice President Sales for Medtronic’s Cardiac Surgery business. While at Medtronic, Dave was part of the group that founded CareLink, the world’s first remote monitoring platform for implanted devices.

Dave is a graduate of Duke University and has an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. Dave currently serves on the Investment Committee for the W-Fund at the University of Washington, and the Boards of Directors for VICIS, Marine Construction Technologies, and Cirtec Medical Systems.
