Craig Hankins is vice president of digital products at UnitedHealthcare. In this role, Mr. Hankins oversees the strategy and delivery of mobile solutions that help all consumers more easily navigate the health system and improve their well-being. His responsibilities include developing new and innovative mobile technologies that serve an array of health care stakeholders, including consumers, health care providers, and employers.
Prior to this position, Mr. Hankins spent nearly a decade helping design and develop UnitedHealthcare’s consumer-driven health plans (CDHP). As a key member of the organization’s product team, Mr. Hankins was responsible for helping improve sales and account management, advising employers and industry participants on trends and best practices related to CDH plans.
Mr. Hankins brings to his current role more than 15 years of experience in management and business strategy consulting. He holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College in Minnesota.
