CES has requested speakers to be registered by October 15.

As part of new security measures implemented by CTA, all speakers are now required to register themselves directly through the CES online registration system.  Please follow these steps to register:

1.       Go to https://ces.itnint.com/ces17/regonline/RegLogin.aspx

2.       Click on the “Attendee” button on the left, and enter all of your registration information.

3.       When you get to the “Purchase Conference Tracks and Passes” page, hit Continue.

4.       Continue to the “Review” page, and enter the priority code SpeakerReg17, which will then offset the standard CES registration fee

5.       Click “Submit Registration”

You will NOT need to submit any form of payment and will receive your complimentary registration confirmation in real time.  Once you are in the system, we will ensure that you are then registered for a Speaker’s Badge, which will be picked up onsite at the show.  More details will follow regarding badge pickup as we get a little closer.

Yes. Everyone has to register as a “New User” as all prior information has been cleaned out. Once you have registered as a “New User,” you can log in subsequently as a “Returning User” as your information will be stored.

Yes. The pictures and bios are for web sites and publications, both for LIDT and CES.

No, all speakers automatically have attendee access.

Unfortunately not, each speaker needs to sign off on the CES media waiver.

Once we have our list of speakers, we attempt to create our panel discussions around matters relevant to our participants.

Once your fellow panelists and moderators are confirmed, we will be setting up a conference call to discuss preferred subject matter. Ultimately the moderator will provide an outline for all participants.

We encourage the discussion to be conversational rather promotional, therefore we do not ask for slides, However, if you have two or three promotional slides that you would like to have shown between sessions, you may send them to us at [email protected]

All speakers are invited to the FitnessTech/Digital Health networking party. Unfortunately, unless you are also a sponsor there is no “plus 1.”

Only if you are not attending CES this year. Every person registered, in any capacity, must have a unique email address or the registration will not be approved by CES. We will not share your email with anyone but CES registration.
The FitnessTech Conference is on Thursday January 5, 2017 in the Venetian, Level 4, Lando 4303. We ask that speakers be there no later than 30 minutes prior to their scheduled discussion. Please be aware that getting around Las Vegas during CES can be very difficult: long taxi lines, long corridors, too many people. Please allow yourselves extra time.
